Terms & Conditions

1. All training fees are payable within 30 days or 7 days prior to a course (whichever is sooner) and are subject to VAT. Bookings are not confirmed until receipt of payment.
 
2. Symbiosis will not accept responsibility for any consequential loss arising from cancellation of any course. If, for reasons beyond our control, it is necessary to cancel a course that has already commenced, we will endeavour to make alternative arrangements.
 
3. Symbiosis reserves the right, in every case, to amend fees, to change or to cancel courses. The formation of any course is dependent upon adequate student enrolment and attendance
 
4. We are happy to accept substitutions, at no extra charge, provided we are notified prior to commencement of the course.
 
5. Provided that we receive notification at least four weeks prior to the commencement of a course, it is possible to transfer between courses, subject to availability and a 10% administrative charge.
 
6. If you are unable to attend a particular course, and we receive notification from you at least four weeks prior to the start of the course, we will refund your fees (less a 10% administrative charge).

7. Travel and expenses will be charged as extra for any course run at a client's office or external venue. 

Cheques should be made payable to Symbiosis. Bank details for BACS payments will be provided with your invoice.
